Create batch file shortcut to particular directory

Here's how you create a batch file in Windows that will, when double-clicked, open a command prompt in a particular directory:

@ECHO OFF
cmd.exe /K "cd C:\cmdline\ && C:"

In the above example, it will open a command prompt in "C:\cmdline\". Just can change that portion of the batch file to a different directory if you wish.
